For Oyougu Swim School Group Swimming Lessons
- Fee payable on a monthly basis is due and payable on the first week of the month.
- If a lesson is not attended, the option to schedule a replacement lesson is available.
- In the case of bad weather, there will be no replacement for lessons. Theory lessons and dry land exercises would still be conducted.
- There will be no lesson on months with 5th week unless stated by the coach.
- There will be no lessons during public holidays (including CNY eve) unless there are fifth week on that month or advised by instructors. (For public holiday that does not have fifth week it will be considered as one lesson although there will be no class conducted)
- To reserve student’s class slot during a one-month leave of absence from swimming lessons, students are required to pay half a month’s fee.
- All photos and videos taken during lessons or tests may be used for our marketing, including on our website, advertisements, and social media. If you wish to opt out, kindly notify us.
- The instructors will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage, or loss of life while attending this course and this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
