Oyougu Aquatics Group Swimming Lessons Terms and Conditions

Payment:

• Fees are payable monthly and due on the first week of the month.

Attendance and Replacement Lessons:

• If a lesson is missed, students have the option to schedule a replacement lesson.

Bad Weather Policy:

• Bishan Swimming Complex: In the event of bad weather, there will be no replacement for lessons. However, theory lessons and dry land exercises will still be conducted.

• Delta Swimming Complex: Sheltered Training Pool will remain open and lessons will continue as per normal

5th Week Lessons:

• Lessons will not be held during months with a 5th week unless otherwise stated by the school.

Public Holidays:

• There will be no lessons during public holidays unless there is a 5th week in that month or advised by instructors.

• Public holidays without a 5th week will be considered as one lesson, even if no class is conducted.

Leave of Absence:

• To reserve a student’s class slot during a one-month leave of absence, half of the monthly fee must be paid.

Photography & Videography:

• Photos and videos taken during lessons or tests may be used for marketing purposes, including on the website, advertisements, and social media.

• If you wish to opt out, please notify us.

Responsibility:

• The instructors will not be held responsible for any claims arising from injury, damage, or loss of life during the course. This includes all associated costs and expenses.
